This last week was a very busy week for fashion in LA, do to my hecked schudule I was not able to make it to a lot of shows but I did get to check out a new up coming designer Jen Awad, she had some great designs.

Work Work Work

Latey I have been busy dabbling in different projects, working as a fashion stylist and accessories designer and ect.
Well my next projects that I will be working on will be an editorial shoot for a new magazine that will be launching this summer ( I will post images) also this weekend I have a shoot that will be focusing on cocktail dresses and jewelry. My mission for today will be to pull the perfect outfits from the PR company (Aline Media Fashion).

My favorite week or should I say month is coming up that's LA fashion week which will be held March 17-22 in downtown Los Angeles. As the designers are announced I will post there names and also will be covering backstage at LA fashion week, to give you the goods the bad and the ugly.

Commercial Men and Everyday Men

The photo at the bottom is a male model in the latest 2010 trend for men a tailored suits, I know your thinking men have been wearing suits for many of years now but the question is will an everyday men that is not a model where this suite like this? Well there are your very stylish men, that will wear this suit exactly how it's shown in the photo but, for all you men out there that think this is way to dressed up and want to make it more casual I have some tips for you!
The photo at the bottom is of a handsome EVERYDAY men that was on his way to work, while still looking trendy but not to corporate he substitute slacks for a pair of dark jeans while still having on a collar shirt with a tie and a vest to make his outfit look more semi-corporate. He also adds a fun colorful scarf to add to the overall outfit. So the key point guys for down playing your suite is to change your slacks to jeans and add accessories like a scarf and you will be all set!
